Yes, you are purchasing a year-long membership to FAMILIES FLY FREE, granting you a full 12 months of access. If you choose to remain a member for the second year and beyond, the renewal cost is just $495 per year. Membership does not automatically renew.
How exactly do I receive personal support?
After filling out a detailed questionnaire, you'll receive a personalized step-by-step plan for your family. At any time, you can email or text our team and get an answer within 24 hours M-F, post a question in our community or attend Lyn's monthly live Q&A to get an answer to your question live.
How much time should I expect your process to take?
Once you learn our process, you'll be able to keep your points balances full and your family flying free in 15-30 minutes each week.
If you follow our Fly Free Formula, you should be flying your family free within 2-3 months.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to take full advantage of Families Fly Free?
Nope! As long as you can click play on a video or download a PDF, you're good to go. Does your program only teach how to earn the Southwest Companion Pass?

Do I need to have a good credit score before I join?
We do recommend that you have a credit score in the mid to high 600s before joining. Check out this post for advice on how to quickly raise your credit score.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes, you can opt to break your purchase into 4-18 payments, starting at just $87/month, with AfterPay at checkout – with or without interest, depending on which you choose. Look for your options under Payment Methods at checkout.
